Arts in the Heart festival will be held downtown along Reynolds Street, Augusta Common and parts of the Savannah River from Friday, Sept.

19 through Sunday, Sept. 21. The event will offer food from about 20 countries including dishes from Jamaica, India and China — a diverse taste for locals.
