A 23-year-old moped rider, Ammon Taylor, died after his moped collided with another vehicle Tuesday morning on the 1500 block of Brown Road east of Hephzibah in far south Augusta—he was taken to Wellstar MCG Hospital and pronounced dead at 2:13 p.m.
