- ➤ The SRS Community Reuse Organization partnered with Georgia Power and KB Advisory Group today to release a regional housing study covering eight counties that found job growth will require 16,256 new jobs and more than 17,350 new housing units by 2030. The report also shows shortages in affordable rentals and mid-priced homes—highlighting challenges with infrastructure and regulation—and local partners will host stakeholder meetings to discuss policy responses.
