- ➤ Augusta University’s Faculty Mixtape exhibition opened Aug 20 and runs until Oct 3 while a free reception is held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sept 18 at the Sacred Heart Cultural Center—local faculty art is in the spotlight. - ➤ A walk was held in Augusta to benefit Cancer Support Services—a nonprofit that helps patients and families with rides, housing and costs. A doctor from Children’s Hospital of Georgia said the event showed the community standing together against cancer. WRDW
