Authorities are searching for Jalen Thomas—a 26-year-old man described as 6-foot-1 and 180 pounds and considered armed—wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Antoine Stokes at a Waffle House near the intersection of Windsor Spring and Tobacco roads on Thursday.
