- ➤ Camden Poole, an eight-year-old from Hephzibah who died on his birthday after an auto accident on Peach Orchard and Tobacco roads around 1 p.m. Monday, was pronounced dead soon after at Wellstar MCG Health and an online fundraiser has raised $3,964 toward a $10,000 goal to help cover his mother Kayla’s and her boyfriend’s medical and funeral expenses—his grandmother described him as a loving, caring, and smart boy. - ➤ Je’Bria Fullwood played in 98 games for the women’s basketball team at Augusta University and was named 2024 homecoming queen.
