- ➤ An Augusta mother named Tishaika Washington (32) was detained last week at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center on charges of first-degree cruelty after her 5-year-old son told his teacher at Richmond Hill Elementary School he was burned with a lit cigarette as punishment. The Augusta Press
