- ➤ Augusta-based piano tuner Tim Arbisi has traveled around the world to practice his craft and has worked with famous musicians like Bob Dylan & LeAnn Rimes and Rolling Stones members. His work honors a lost art while boosting local pride. WRDW
- ➤ A landmark honoring Black workers and champion caddies was unveiled last April in the Sand Hills, featuring a 20-foot tee with murals and engraved bricks that bear 52 names such as longtime greenskeeper Joseph King to honor local contributions to the iconic golf club. WRDW
- ➤ Students at Davidson Fine Arts celebrate Black History Month with Journey to Harlem, a performance featuring song, dance, and poetry that recalls the Harlem Renaissance. The show runs today at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the school. WRDW

- ➤ Duck boxes near wetlands offer a safe home for wood ducks and other cavity-nesting birds by limiting predator risks near open water. Wildlife biologist Nic Bray says cleaning the boxes now supports a successful breeding season. The Augusta Chronicle
