Girl Scouts gathered to reopen Camp Tanglewood Trail today after Helene; three local girls added new markers (and a map) to boost trail safety for visitors.

On Jan. 10, local Girl Scouts kicked off their cookie season at Camp Tanglewood where residents sampled favorites and a new Exploremores cookie.

Cookie sales will run through March 8 to support girls' learning and teamwork.

The Camp Tanglewood trail reopened Saturday in Grovetown after Hurricane Helene damaged the site — three local Girl Scouts updated the map and signs as part of their Silver Award project.
