- ➤ Three Girl Scouts from Troop 20036 restored Camp Tanglewood’s hiking trail and hosted a ribbon-cutting event Saturday afternoon at 4687 Columbia Road, using nearly $800 raised at a yard sale to install new markers on the Friendship Circle Trail. - ➤ North Oconee wide receiver Dallas Dickerson committed to Georgia football on Saturday, Jan. 10 after being released from his Kentucky letter of intent on Tuesday, Jan. 6. He will join Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs and his former high school teammates (Khamari Brooks and Landon Roldan). The Augusta Chronicle
- ➤ Georgia football remains active in the transfer portal as new players, including Ja'Marley Riddle from East Carolina and Braylon Conley from USC, join the Bulldogs while others such as Adrian Maddox and Bo Hughley exit.
