Wallace’s Farm in Hephzibah became the first WWOOF USA host farm in the CSRA, connecting volunteers with sustainable organic farming and hands-on education.

The Augusta Mini Theatre will cut the ribbon on its expanded facility at 2458 Deans Bridge Road at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan.
16 ahead of its 50th anniversary celebration. The event includes a tour and the first performance on its new 145-seat stage on Saturday, Jan. 17 at 8 p.m.

The Richmond County Board of Education has scheduled public hearings on facilities planning in January as part of its 2026 meeting schedule (details on locations and times are pending).
